To minimize disruptions, you need to update the Preferred Roaming List (PRL) on your phone or device.
Instructions to update the PRL on your device:
Go to Device Support for steps to update the PRL on an Apple iOS or Android device.
Failure to update the PRL could impact future service, especially when traveling outside your home area. If you have an older device and are unable to update the PRL, contact your assigned Sprint representative to discuss the options for your specific account solution.
