How do I replace my SIM card?

If you received a T-Mobile SIM in the packaging shown below, please follow the enclosed instructions or visit www.sprint.com/sim to activate.

What do I need to do before updating my SIM card?

Follow these steps to prepare your device(s) and voicemail.

1.  Update your software/firmware.

• Follow these instructions for Android devices.

• Follow these instructions for Apple devices.

2.  Back up your device.

• Android: Back up the device using Back-up or the Manufacturer's Back-up service.

• Apple: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. 

3.  If you have a smartwatch (Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch etc.) then have it with you so it can be paired with your phone.
